Warranty Scope: Any quality issue is covered , except LCD/ OLED display damaged, IC board bonding area damaged, and other physical damage.
For displays, if LCD/OLED panel is working, but there are obvious cracks, scratches, and other cosmetic issues caused by installation or users. The seller will help to repair and buyer bare the repair cost.
For shipment damage, if products damaged just buyer received the shipment, please help to take pictures/videos to sales rep confirmation, products in this case will be in full warranty.
For batch issues, the seller will do replacements at the same time buyer shipping back these defective parts, we don’t need to receive the stuff at first.
